Female scientist from VNUHCM received the 2024 Kovalevskaya award

Associate Professor Dr. Dang Thi My Dung, Deputy Director of the Institute for Nanotechnology at VNUHCM, has been honored with the 2024 Kovalevskaya Award. This prestigious award recognizes outstanding female scientists for their excellence in research and practical applications that bring significant benefits to society.

Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City and Tsinghua University signed Memorandum of Understanding for comprehensive cooperation

On March 2, 2025, in Hanoi, within the framework of welcoming the delegation from Tsinghua University (China) at the Government Headquarters and under the witness of Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City (VNUHCM) and Tsinghua University officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for comprehensive cooperation.

Exhibition of 200 scientific and technological products celebrating the 30th Anniversary of VNUHCM

Nearly 200 outstanding scientific and technological products in various fields—including information technology, artificial intelligence (AI), microchip design, advanced materials, nanotechnology, biotechnology, biomedical sciences, agriculture, food, environment, energy, and OCOP products with local characteristics—were exhibited by the Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City (VNUHCM) to celebrate its 30th anniversary.
